What we collect
Account email, shipping address, order history, and the browser/device info your browser sends with each request. We do not buy data from third parties.
Why we collect it
To process orders, send shipping updates, and remember your cart between visits. We use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to improve the site.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing), our shipping carrier, and email sending. We never sell or rent your data. Subprocessors are listed at elevenkin.com/legal/subprocessors on request.
Your choices
Email hello@elevenkin.example any time to view, correct, export, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working. Optional analytics cookies are off by default — you choose at the bottom-of-page consent banner.
Affiliate Tracking
Some products are sold by partner sites. When you choose to view one and you have opted in to affiliate analytics, we record an anonymous outbound-click event so we can understand which partner products are useful. We do not share your identity with the partner. You can turn this off any time from the cookie consent banner; returns and customer service for partner products are handled by the partner, not Elevenkin.
