Not quite right? We will make it right. Here is exactly how.
Window
You have 30 days from the delivery scan to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start
Sign in to /account/orders, open the order, and choose Start return. We will email a prepaid label within one business day.
Refund timing
Once we scan the return in at our studio, we issue the refund within 3 business days. It appears on your card 5–10 days later depending on the bank.
What is not returnable
Custom engraving, personalized cards, gift cards, and final-sale items. We will say clearly on the product page if an item is final sale.
Damaged in transit
Email hello@elevenkin.example with the order number and a photo within 7 days. We send a replacement or refund right away — no return required.
