Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in your selected currency and exclude any duties or import VAT. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a listing was priced incorrectly; you will get a full refund.
Shipping
See our shipping page for current rates and delivery windows. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier scans the parcel out for delivery.
Returns
Most items are returnable for 30 days — see the Returns page. Personalized engraving, custom card messages, and final-sale items are not returnable.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, mirror, or use the site to harass others. We may block accounts that abuse the service.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Either of us may bring small-claims disputes in our local court.
